Catholic Charities Appeal Press Conference 2023

On Monday, January 23, 2023, at the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center, Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez launched the 2023 Catholic Charities Appeal (CCA). CCA is the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s single largest and most important annual fundraising initiative. This year’s fundraising goal is $12.5 million with the theme “Giving Hope to All.”

Mr. Ernie Russom, President of the CCA Board of Directors, as well as representatives from CCA beneficiaries, also joined the Archbishop. 

The Catholic Charities Appeal brings hope where hope is needed most.  From center city, to the suburbs, from the suburban communities to our most distressed communities, almost a million people each year receive hope through the Catholic Charities Appeal.
